Kage Power 315 Special Operation: Safeguarding every watt with rigorous standards

On March 15th, World Consumer Rights Day, Kage Power launched a company-wide quality protection campaign under the theme "Safeguarding every watt with rigorous standards." From raw material sourcing to factory inspection, from the laboratory to the live streaming studio, Kage demonstrates its commitment to quality with concrete actions.

At the raw material stage, Kage enforces corporate standards that are stricter than national benchmarks: iron content in concentrated sulfuric acid is controlled to 0.3PPM (vs. 0.5PPM national standard), and separator moisture is strictly limited to 0.4% (vs. 1% national standard). Every incoming batch undergoes full-item inspection. The production process implements a responsibility traceability mechanism: defective batteries from packaging lines are sent to the lab for daily analysis, and scrapped batteries are dissected and analyzed weekly, with data feedback reaching every responsible individual.

Three checkpoints are established at the factory: online full inspection covers appearance, voltage, and 2-second high-current discharge; laboratory sampling inspection covers core perform such as low-temperature starting and cycle durability; and the strict rule of "full batch inspection if 3 defective units are found in sampling" is enforced. Departments including the Marketingnt, Customer Service Department, Lithium Battery Department, and E-commerce Live Streaming Team have made quality commitments to ensure consumers are worry-free throughout the entire process from learning about the productto using it.

Kage Power upholds its solemn promise that "every battery stands the test" through comprehensive, end-to-end quality control.

Kage  2025 Annual Meeting and 2026 Business Planning Conference Concluded Successfully.

From March 6 to 7, the Kage Group 2025 Annual Meeting and 2026 Business Planning Meeting was successfully helt the Kage Group headquarters. Chairman Chen Ronghua of the Kage Group, the General Manager team, functional management, factory heads, and domestic and overseas sales teams attended the meetboth offline and online formats to review the achievements of 2025 and outline a new blueprint for high-quality development in 2026.

New employees visit Kage factory: up-close experience with automated production lines and 48 quality inspection procedures

From March 11 to 12, Mintong Trading Company, a subsidiary of Kage Power, organized a two-day factory training for new employees. Heads of the Production Department and Quality Inspection Department led the new employees to the front line, where they observed the complete processes of cast grid manufacturing, expanded grid manufacturing, and battery assembly, while systematically learning about the operation of Kage's intelligent and automated production lines.

The training focused on introducing the "48-Procedure Quality Assurance" management system and BSCI international certification standards, as well as explaining the implementation of green environmental protection concepts in production. Through on-site Q&A sessions, new employees gained a comprehensive understanding of raw material selection, process flows, production capacity planning, and product selling points.

This training represents a concrete initiative to implement the Kage Group's talent strategy of "youthful, professional, and credentialed workforce," helping newly recruited employees build a strong quality awareness to better serve customers.

a.Battery industry information

Still retains battery life at -50°C! Chinese scientists achieve new breakthrough in high specific energy lithium batteries.Recently, Nankai University collaborated with the Shanghai Institute of Space Power Sources to design and synthesize a series of novel fluorinated hydrocarbon solvent molecules featurcoordination. Based on this, they constructed a new electrolyte system that replaces the traditional lithium-oxygen coordination mode in electrolytes. The newly developed lithium batteries exhibit superior performasuch as high specific energy and low-temperature tolerance, facilitating the reversible cycling of 700 Wh/kg lithium batteries. The relevant research findings were published online in the international academic jounal *Nature* on February 26, Beijing time.

From lead-acid batteries and nickel-metal hydride batteries to lithium-ion batteries, the evolution of batteries has been inseparable from the iteration of electroly Lithium-ion batteries are regarded as the "energy heart" of modern society. For a long time, traditional lithium-ion battery electrolytes have employed lithium-oxygen coordination, which has made difficult to further increase energy density and has limited low-temperature performance.

To this end, a research team from Nankai University designed and synthesized a series of novel fluorinated hydrocarbon solvent molecules. By regulating the electron density of flne atoms and the steric hindrance of the solvent molecules, they achieved the effective dissolution of lithium salts in the electrolyte, successfully replacing the traditional lithium-oxygen coordi.

The U.S. imposes tariffs as high as 143.3% on photovoltaic products from multiple countries

On February 24, the U.S. Department of Commerce announced that it would impose countervailing duties on crystalline silicon solar cell modules imported from Indi, Indonesia, and Laos, citing that producers in these three countries benefited from government subsidies, undermining the competitiveness of U.S. domestic products. According to the preliminary results, the general sdy rates for Indian producers/exporters were set at 125.87%, 104.38% for Indonesia, and 80.67%.
